As a licensed esthetician, my makeup preferences tend to be very skin-focused-- Fresh, softly sculpted, glowing skin is my signature. I prefer my clients to look radiant in photos and flawless in person. A sort of understated glam, your makeup should be seamless and comfortable, never heavy or distracting.
MOST INSPIRED BY
Fashion! Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, and Gareth Pugh amaze me because their work is rooted in the traditional fundamentals of design, but there is a playful and modern quality to it that makes it feel continually exciting and new. I like to think of my own artistry in that sense. My goal is to create timeless looks that feel very "of-the-moment." I’m also a self described product junkie. There are few things that inspire me more than researching, shopping, testing, and talking about makeup and skincare products.
MY IDEA OF DRAMATIC MAKEUP
A smokier, darker eye and vavoom lashes! it’s not appropriate for every bride but when done correctly, it can look chic, elegant, and alluring. I've been creating some exciting warm deep brown smokey eye looks for my brides this season which transition perfectly from day to evening.
